Pro-Shot Video: The Suffers Perform ‘Good Day’ Aboard Jam Cruise 15

Houston, Texas soul band The Suffers made their Jam Cruise debut aboard this past January’s musical adventure. The group impressed with both of their sets especially during a Pool Deck performance on January 24. Jam Cruise organizers Cloud 9 Adventures continue to roll out pro-shot video from Jam Cruise 15 with a clip of The Suffers’ “Good Day” from the Pool Deck set.

Frontwoman Kam Franklin was a dynamic force as she belted out tunes from the group’s upcoming studio album as part of the Pool Deck performance. She mentioned the name of the band and their hometown a number of times because she ran into a handful of fans who saw the group earlier on the trip but didn’t know their name. Franklin also told the story of how the band members quit their day jobs in 2015 and at that time couldn’t imagine they would be embarking on an experience like Jam Cruise so soon after making that fateful decision.
