On July 21 and 22 Grateful Dead tribute act Joe Russo’s Almost Dead returns to The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York for a pair of shows. The band made their Cap debut on December 27, 2013 and the upcoming performances will mark JRAD’s 10th and 11th concerts at the venue. Joe Russo’s Almost Dead today continues their Rad Tracks series by unveiling professionally-shot video featuring a highlight from the five-piece’s last run at The Cap.

Drummer Joe Russo, guitarists Scott Metzger and Tom Hamilton, bassist Dave Dreiwitz and keyboardist Marco Benevento ended 2016 with a pair of shows in Port Chester. Today’s installment of Rad Tracks features the wild and adventurous “Cumberland Blues” they played on December 30, 2016. Marco teases “Feel Like A Stranger” and “Hoedown” during the “Cumberland” which also includes a full-band “Turn On Your Lovelight” jam. All told, it’s 18 minutes of JRAD at their best.
