Pro-Shot Video: Gov’t Mule Closes European Tour In Germany

On Tuesday night veteran jam act Gov’t Mule closed out a European Tour with a performance at Forum in Leverkusen, Germany. Long-running live music television program Rockpalast streamed pro-shot video of performance live from Germany and the set can still be viewed.

Gov’t Mule opened with “Railroad Boy” and then went will oldies “Mule,” “Banks Of The Deep End” and “Game Face.” The quartet took a run at the Allman Brothers Band’s “Mountain Jam” within “Game Face.” Up next was a sequence of “Pressure Under Fire,” “The Man I Want To Be” and “Kind Of Bird.” Warren Haynes & Co. continued on with “Thorns Of Life” and “Revolution Come, Revolution Go.” Mule then trotted out Jeff Beck’s “Freeway Jam” ahead of a set-closing run of “Traveling Tune,” “Stone Cold Rage” and “Dark Was The Night, Cold Was The Ground.” The band said farewell with a “Broke Down On The Brazos” encore.
