Pro-Shot Video: ALO Performs ‘Pobrecito’ On Jam Cruise 14

Jam Cruise organizers continue to unveil professionally-shot video from this past January’s trip and the latest clip shared is ALO‘s version of “Pobrecito” played January 10 on the Pool Deck. ALO’s Pool Deck sets aboard Jam Cruise are always highlights of the trip and this year’s set was no exception.

The California quartet originally recorded the groovy “Pobrecito” for their 2006 studio album Fly Between Falls. Guitarist Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz shines on the Jam Cruise version of the song with a gritty solo, while keyboardist Zach Gill adds clavinet and electric piano to the mix. Jam Cruise 15 will set sail aboard the Norwegian Pearl from Miami on January 20 and will host a bevy of musical performances across its stages and spaces before returning to Miami on January 25. The Original Meters, moe., GRiZ, the Benevento Russo Duo, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Galactic and Lettuce are just a few of the acts confirmed for Jam Cruise 15.
