Phoebe Bridgers was among the guests on Wednesday’s The Late Late Show With James Corden. The Grammy-nominated artist spoke with host James Corden and performed “Kyoto.”

While “Kyoto” first was released as the lead single from Phoebe’s Punisher album, the version played for The Late Late Show was more akin to the one that appeared on her Copycat Killer EP. Bridgers told Corden that she recorded the performance of “Kyoto” from home using green screen technology, which put her and Copycat Killer collaborator Rob Moose on stage at New York City’s Carnegie Hall.

Bridgers’ February performance at Carnegie Hall as part of the Tibet House benefit concert was the last time she played in front of humans. Phoebe also spoke with James Corden about her mom’s reaction to her four Grammy nominations and collaborating with director Phoebe Waller-Bridge on the “Savior Complex” video.
