By Scott Bernstein Sep 15, 2015 • 9:00 am PDT

Today, Phish has revealed this year’s New Year’s Run. The band will return to Madison Square Garden in New York City for a four-night stand December 30 – January 2.
Madison Square Garden first hosted a Phish New Year’s Eve performance on December 31, 1995. The band returned for NYE shows at the venue in 1997, 1998, 2002 and 2010 through 2013. Last year’s New Year’s show took place at American Airlines Arena in Miami. The foursome made their MSG debut on December 30, 1994 and have played a total of 31 prior shows at the venue leading up to this year’s run.
A pre-sale lottery for tickets to each show is currently underway via Phish Ticketing. The entry period ends on Monday, September 28 at noon ET. Public on-sales for each show are scheduled for October 2 at noon ET.
