Dirt Farmer Festival Adds Phil & Grahame Lesh To 2019 Lineup

Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh and his son, guitarist Grahame Lesh are the latest additions to the 2019 Dirt Farmer Festival. The second annual event, organized by the Levon Helm Studios team, will take place at Arrowood Farm Brewery in Accord, New York September 6 – 7.
Phil & Grahame will perform with The Midnight Ramble Band, the headliners of both nights. Steve Earle, Sherman Holmes, Mercury Rev, Amy Helm, Anders Osborne, Phil Cook and Birds Of Chicago are also slated to perform. In addition, a set dubbed Sweet Confusion: Tribute To Dr. John featuring Dr. John’s longtime band The Lower 911 will be held at this year’s Dirt Farmer Festival. Marco Benevento will serve as musical director of the tribute to the late Dr. John and other guests include Davell Crawford, Alecia Chakour, Midnight Ramble Horns and Brian Mitchell.
