Paul Hoffman of Greensky Bluegrass celebrated the birthday of Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter on Tuesday by sharing a cover of “Black Muddy River.” Hoffman used an electric mandolin for his version of song Hunter wrote with Jerry Garcia instead of his usual acoustic instrument.
