Olivia Rodrigo returned to BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge program on Tuesday. The Grammy-winning star delivered a cover of CMAT's “When A Good Man Cries” during the session.
CMAT originally released “When A Good Man Cries” on her 2025 album Euro-Country. The Irish singer-songwriter was blown away by Rodrigo’s performance of her song. “She sang it better than me, so now I’m toast,” CMAT proclaimed on Instagram before asking Rodrigo for pints. “I LITERALLY LOVE U SM,” responded Olivia in a comment on CMAT’s post.
Olivia Rodrigo is gearing up to release her much anticipated third studio album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, on June 12. BBC also shared video of Rodrigo performing “The Cure,” the latest taste of the LP.
