Official Video: Marco Benevento Records ‘Heavy Metal Floating Upstream’

Back in September keyboardist Marco Benevento brought his current band of drummer Andy Borger and bassist Karina Rykman to Applewood Studios in Woodstock, New York for a special recording session. The fruits of that session will be released later this month as Woodstock Sessions. Today, Marco has unveiled a video from his performance at Applewood Studios.

In the clip below, which was premiered by The Key, we watch Marco’s trio work through “Heavy Metal Floating Upstream.” The catchy track was originally recorded for 2016’s The Story Of Fred Short. Check it out:
