Oasis rolled out official audio of “Cigarettes & Alcohol” from their July 11 homecoming at Manchester’s Heaton Park. The show was the third concert of the Britpop icons’ reunion tour, their first excursion since 2009.
The band led by siblings Noel and Liam Gallagher settled in at the massive Heaton Park for five shows between July 11 and 20. Over 300,000 fans saw the Manchester natives perform career-spanning concerts during the five-night homecoming.

The Gallaghers are accompanied on the tour by guitarists Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs and Gem Archer, bassist Andy Bell, drummer Joey Waronker, keyboardist Christian Madden, backing vocalist Jessica Greenfield and a three-piece horn section comprised of trombonist Alastair White, saxophonist Steve Hamilton and trumpeter Joe Auckland. Oasis pulled into Manchester fresh off a pair of tour-opening concerts in Cardiff, Wales.
“Cigarettes & Alcohol” was played in the five-slot by Oasis at Heaton Park. The Definitely Maybe gem was one of six songs from the band’s 1994 debut album to make the setlist.
