New York State Blues Festival 2022 Lineup: JJ Grey & Mofro, Terrance Simien & More

The 30th anniversary event takes place June 16 - 18 in Syracuse, New York.

The New York State Blues Festival returns in June boasting a 2022 lineup that includes JJ Grey & Mofro, Terrance Simien & The Zydeco Experience, The Kingsnakes and others. The free, three-day music festival will be held at Chevy Court within the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, New York on June 16 – 18.

Simien & The Zydeco Experience close out the main stage action on Thursday, June 16. The first night of the festival’s 30th anniversary celebration will also feature performances from Brownskin Band, Los Blancos and GA-20, among others.

Friday’s action on June 17 includes sets from The Kingsnakes, Ron Spencer Band featuring Joe Whiting, Carolyn Kelly Blues Band and more. The festival ends on Saturday, June 18 with performances from JJ Grey & Mofro, Vanessa Collier, Jocelyn & Chris and additional acts.

Food vendors will be on hand at Chevy Court with beer and wine sold. Plus, the festival will host retail and craft vendors. While tickets to the festival are free, VIP packages include a fully catered dinner each night along with lunch of Saturday, beer, wine, preferred seating and other goodies.
