New Orleans The Landing Festival Delayed Until Further Notice

The second installment of Galactic and Tipitina’s The Landing Festival was supposed to take place at Lake Front South Shore Harbor in New Orleans this September. Organizers of the event recently announced this year’s The Landing Festival has been postponed “until further notice” due to the construction schedule at the site where it was going to be held.

Last year’s inaugural The Landing Festival saw Galactic joined by a diverse group of musical acts including Grace Potter, Cake, Eagles Of Death Metal, Dr. Dog, NMO and Trampled By Turtles. The lineup for this year’s festival hadn’t been revealed. Refunds will immediately be issued at the point of purchase for those who bought tickets to The Landing Festival ’16.
