Clipse are on the comeback trail and last night took to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform “The Birds Don’t Sing.” The track is a tribute to Malice and Pusha T’s late parents and opens the acclaimed hip-hop duo’s new album, Let God Sort Em Out.
Their first album since 2009’s Til The Casket Drops, Clipse released Let God Sort Em Out on July 11. Longtime Clipse collaborator and fellow Virginia Beach native Pharrell Williams reunited with the duo to produce the new album, which boasts guest spots from Kendrick Lamar, Nas, John Legend, Tyler, the Creator and more.
