New Festival Alert: Suwannee Roots Revival Announces Inaugural Lineup

Earlier today, we reported on news from Magnolia Fest organizers who revealed they are moving the event from its usual home at the Spirit Of The Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida. Hot on the heels of the Magnolia Fest announcement comes word of a new, similarly themed festival coming to Live Oak this October.
The inaugural Suwannee Roots Revival will take place October 13 – 16 at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. An initial lineup announcement includes Donna The Buffalo, Peter Rowan Bluegrass Band, Blueground Undergrass, Jon Stickley Trio, Big Cosmo, Grandpa’s Cough Medicine, Sloppy Joe, Quartermoon, Grass Is Dead and Sauce Boss. Additional artists will be added in the weeks and months to come.
In addition to the music, Suwannee Roots Revival will provide a dance tent, disc golf, kids activities, workshops, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and biking. Early bird tickets are on sale now here.
