Singer-songwriter Zach Bryan follows a big 2025 (he staged the largest concert in U.S. history) with the release of a new studio album, With Heaven On Top. The 25-song collection is Bryan’s first full-length studio release since 2024’s The Great American Bar Scene. Bryan included the song “Bad News” on With Heaven On Top, whose lyrics seemingly referencing the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) caused Bryan to issue a statement regarding the lyrical content. Bryan recorded a solo acoustic version of With Heaven On Top that will arrive in three days.

The new Dry Cleaning album, Secret Love, dropped today via 4AD. Lead singer Florence Shaw, guitarist Tom Dowse, drummer Nick Buxton and bassist Lewis Maynard began work on the 11-track LP at rehearsal spaces in London, followed by a subsequent session at Wilco’s Chicago-based recording facility, The Loft. After interview multiple producer candidates, the band chose Cate Le Bon, recording with her at Black Box in France’s Loire Valley.

BEFORE I FORGET serves as The Kid LAROI’s third album, released today by Columbia Records. The Australian singer-songwriter/rapper’s follow up to 2023’s The First Time, includes appearances by Lithe, Andrew Aged and Clara La San. The album was co-produced and co-written by The Kid LAROI’s brother, Auz. Additional producers included Daniel Aged, Eddie Benjamin, K Beazy, Matt Cenere, Dopam!ne, Omer Fedi, FNZ, Jack Karaszewski, Sean Phelan, Khaled Rohaim, Zack Sekoff, Vegyn, Billy Walsh, Devin Workman and Nick Weiss.

Alter Bridge is the self-titled eighth album from alternative rockers Alter Bridge. The band — guitarist Myles Kennedy and former Creed members, guitarist Mark Tremonti, bassist Brian Marshall and drummer Scott Phillips — recorded the album in their hometown at producer Michael “Elvis” Baskette’s recording space Studio Barbarosa in Orlando, Florida. Additional sessions were held at Wolfgang Van Halen’s 5150 Studio in Los Angeles.

Will Epstein

Yeah, Mostly

Will Epstein’s new album, Yeah, mostly, arrived today via Fat Possum. The singer-songwriter’s first solo work since 2023’s Wendy was largely tracked on an eight track tape machine between July 2024 and January 2025 at Epstein’s home studio in Woodstock, New York. Vocals were sung live and left unedited with limited overdubbing. Epstein co-produced Yeah, Mostly with Michael Coleman who played guitar, synthesizers and bass and added backing vocals. Additional participants include Austin Vaughn and Kenny Wollesen on drums/percussion, Kurt Kotheimer and Eli Crews on bass and Zosha Warpeha on hardanger d’amore.

Pullman, the self-identified “studio-born acoustic supergroup that emerged from Chicago’s post-rock milieu in the late ‘90s,” return with their first album in 25 years, III. The group’s aptly title third album was recorded by the collective composed of Ken “Bundy K.” Brown (Tortoise/Directions in Music), Curtis Harvey (Rex), Chris Brokaw (Come), Doug McCombs (Tortoise/Eleventh Dream Day) and Tim Barnes. The six-song set, which began as a lone inclusion in a compilation album, was recorded between 2021 and 2023.
