My Morning Jacket’s Jim James Performs ‘I’m Amazed’ On Piano

Jim James of My Morning Jacket shared a piano rendition of MMJ’s “I’m Amazed” via Instagram. The performance was part of a benefit to aid struggling live music event crews.

“I’m Amazed” originally appears on My Morning Jacket’s 2008 album, Evil Urges. In his Instagram post, James indicated that the solo piano performance of “I’m Amazed” was part of a gallery benefit of famed music photographer Danny Clinch to help live music crews hit hard during the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak.
