My Chemical Romance Releases Classic Pulp Cover Recorded For BBC Radio 1

My Chemical Romance shared a cover of Pulp‘s “Common People.” The performance was captured for BBC Radio 1 in 2010.
The “Common People” cover is the second bonus track My Chemical Romance has shared from their forthcoming Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys (Deluxe Edition). The expanded collection of the band’s 2010 album arrives on July 10 and boasts a remastered version of the record along with nine bonus tracks.
MCR previously shared Danger Days hit “Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)” from the expanded edition also captured for BBC Radio 1. The band now continues to roll out material from the 2010 sessions with the cover of “Common People.”
My Chemical Romance’s Gerard and Mikey Way have cited British band Pulp as an early influence on their writing style. “Common People” arrived in 1995 and landed on Pulp’s LP Different Class.
