Mumford & Sons are currently in the midst of the Australian leg of their World Tour in support of Delta. On Saturday night the folk-stomp act busted out their take on Bruce Springsteen’s “I’m On Fire” during the encore at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney.
The London-based band had last played the Born In The U.S.A. track last summer during a surprise appearance at a Newport Folk Festival after-show show at the Jane Pickens Theatre. Prior to that, the song was played a handful of times in 2017 and was a setlist staple during their 2016 tour. Mumford & Sons have gone to the Springsteen song during the encore for the last three shows, with last night’s take featuring Michael Kiwanuka on guitar.
