Metallica Outlines M72 2026 UK & European Stadium Tour
The heavy metal icons will perform No Repeat Weekend shows in Frankfurt, Budapest, Dublin and London with different sets of support acts.

Metallica announced their M72 2026 UK & European Tour. The legendary metal band will perform a series of stadium shows across Europe and the UK from May through July, featuring both No Repeat Weekend shows and One Night Only performances.
The tour will include their signature No Repeat Weekend format in select cities, where the band plays two shows with completely different setlists. These weekends will feature alternating support acts, with Gojira and Knocked Loose opening some dates, while Pantera and Avatar will support others.
Metallica kicks off the European leg of the M72 Tour on May 9 in Athens at Olympic Stadium. The band then travels to Bucharest (Romania) on May 13, performing at Arena Națională. On May 19, they’ll play at Stadion Śląski in Chorzów (Poland).
The first No Repeat Weekend takes place at Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt (Germany) on May 22 and 24. Metallica then heads to Zürich (Switzerland) for a show on May 27, followed by a concert in Berlin on May 30. June begins with a performance in Bologna (Italy). The band then sets up for their second No Repeat Weekend in Budapest (Hungary) at Puskas Arena on June 11 and 13.
Metallica brings the massive tour to Dublin for a No Repeat Weekend at Aviva Stadium on June 19 and 21. The UK portion of the tour continues with performances in Glasgow on June 25 and Cardiff (Wales) on June 28.
The European tour concludes with the final No Repeat Weekend at London Stadium on July 3 and 5. For the No Repeat Weekends, Gojira and Knocked Loose will support one night, while Pantera and Avatar will open the other night.
