Members Of Arcade Fire, Strokes & Bon Iver To Perform

Win and Will Butler of Arcade Fire will team with Nikolai Fraiture of The Strokes and Bon Iver mastermind Justin Vernon for a one-time-only performance as “POP All Star Band” tomorrow afternoon in Montreal.

The performance is part of Win Butler’s POP vs JOCK III CHARITY BASKETBALL GAME that takes place at Montreal’s McGill University Sports Centre. The game is set to feature Win and Will Butler of the Arcade Fire, leading a team of musicians and entertainers (team POP) against an all star team comprised of standout players from the current McGill Redman and Concordia Stingers (team JOCK). Along with Vernon and Fraiture, special guests will include former NBA slam dunk champion Brent Barry.

The musical performance will take place during halftime of the game. Tickets are available via Pop Montreal’s website.
