The Main Squeeze, your favorite funk, rock, and disco band are coming back out on tour! If you don’t make it out – five of their upcoming shows will live stream on Volume.com. Attendance is free for all Volume.com members.

“It’s been 2 years since we’ve been on the road: it was a mix of emotion having to take that time off, but coming back is just pure excitement,” says band member Max Newman. “We’re ready to see the world and spread this music to our fans, it’s been too long.”

They have graced thousands of stages together across the country, touring with the likes of George Clinton and Parliament-Funkadelic, The String Cheese Incident, and Umphrey’s McGee, and at music festivals like Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, and Firefly.

There seems to be an aura in the air when the five members of The Main Squeeze enter a room. A multicultural five-piece from Los Angeles, The Squeeze has built a cult following in the States on the road – putting rubber to pavement and playing over 1,000 shows together over the past eight years. For a group of men with completely different backgrounds, tastes, religions, and opinions, there’s already a spirit shared amongst them when The Squeeze sit down to play together.

The five-piece band includes Corey Frye (vocals), Max Newman (guitar), Smiley Silverstein (keyboards), Reuben Gingrich (drummer), and Rob Walker (bass).

They will soon be releasing their sixth album To Be Determined, a body of work showcasing their unique chemistry developed over the years. The album is a stunning showcase demonstrating why they have become a touring phenomenon.
