Mac DeMarco Debuts New Song ‘Fooled By Love’ With Jon Batiste

Mac DeMarco was joined by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert bandleader Jon Batiste on a performance for the program’s #PlayAtHome series. Batiste joined DeMarco on the latter’s new song, “Fooled By Love.”

Sitting poolside, DeMarco played acoustic guitar to a backing drum track. Batiste sprinkled in piano from a remote location, taking a solo in the middle of the song. DeMarco’s most recent album was 2019’s Here Comes The Cowboy.
