Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real Announce Album Release Concerts

Lukas Nelson & Promise of The Real will celebrate the release of their new album A Few Stars Apart, which arrives this Friday via Fantasy Records, with a series of four intimate concerts later this month. Nelson and his band will play clubs in Boulder, Chicago, Nashville and Austin in addition to their return to the Grand Ole Opry.
Up first for Lukas & POTR is a concert at Boulder’s Fox Theatre next Wednesday, June 16. The group will also celebrate A Few Stars Apart with performances at Martyrs in Chicago on June 19, Nashville’s Basement East on June 23 and Antone’s in their hometown of Austin on June 26. Lukas and company are part of the Grand Ole Opry’s lineup on June 22. Look for a full 2021 headlining tour to be announced soon.
Tickets for the newly-announced club shows go on sale this Friday, June 11 at 10 a.m. local time (Boulder, Chicago, Nashville, Austin).
Dave Cobb produced A Few Stars Apart, the 11-track follow-up to 2019’s Turn Off The News (Build A Garden). Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real recorded the LP at Nashville’s historic RCA Studio A live to eight-track tape.
