Ed O’Brien Books 2026 Solo Tour Dates
The Radiohead guitarist launches his first solo tour under his own name in October with stops across Europe.

Ed O’Brien announced a seven-date European tour in support of his new album Blue Morpho, which will be released on May 22 via Transgressive. The Radiohead guitarist’s An Evening With… Blue Morpho tour marks his first outing under his own name as a solo artist.
Producer Paul Epworth and O’Brien spent years working on what would become Blue Morpho. The follow-up to O’Brien’s 2020 debut solo album, Earth (released under the moniker EOB) was was recorded with engineer Riley MacIntyre at O’Brien’s studio in Wales and in London at The Church Studios.
O’Brien launches the trek at Carré in Amsterdam on October 4, with additional shows following in Milan, Paris, Berlin, Hamburg and Groningen before the brief outing concludes on October 16 in London at Barbican. The guitarist will be joined by a band featuring musicians who also appear on the LP, including musical director Dave Okumu.
