Lukas Nelson + POTR Show Joys & Sorrows Of Drinking In ‘Alcohallelujah’ Video

Lukas Nelson + POTR unveiled the music video for their single, “Alcohallelujah.” The track is set for the band’s upcoming album, Sticks and Stones, set for release on July 14 via 6ACE Records/Thirty Tigers.

Lukas Nelson + POTR heralded Sticks and Stones — the follow up to 2021’s A Few Stars Apart — in March with the lead single, “More Than Friends” a duet between Nelson and country star Lainey Wilson. The band followed with “Alcohallelujah,” which arrived as a single in May.

Nelson and POTR continue the Sticks and Stones rollout with the video for “Alcohallelujah.” Just as the song touches on both the highs and lows of drinking, so too does the visual. The entertaining video follows a character who is flirting with nuns one day and stepping on a little girl’s sandcastle the next. The video concludes with an apt metaphor for a boozy lifestyle.
