Legendary songstress Loretta Lynn will release a new studio album entitled Still Woman Enough via Legacy on March 19. Lynn recruited Margo Price, Tanya Tucker, Reba McEntire and Carrie Underwood to contribute to the 13-track LP.

Still Woman Enough marks the iconic musician’s 50th studio album and follows 2018’s Wouldn’t It Be Great. Loretta Lynn recorded the bulk of the LP at Cash Cabin Studio in Hendersonville, Tennesseee. Lynn’s daughter, Patsy Lynn Russell co-produced Still Woman Enough with John Carter Cash.

Lynn pays tribute to Mother Maybelle Carter and the Carter Family with a cover of “Keep On The Sunny Side” and reinterprets a number of her classic songs including “Honky Tonk Girl,” “You Ain’t Woman Enough” and “I Wanna Be Free.” Loretta also co-wrote the title track with her daughter and offers a recitation of “Coal Miner’s Daughter.” Still Woman Enough is rounded out by traditional songs, country-gospel tracks and a fresh take on Shel Silverstein’s “One’s On The Way,” which she had a hit with back in 1971.

“I am just so thankful to have some of my friends join me on my new album. We girl singers gotta stick together,” Loretta Lynn said in a statement. “It’s amazing how much has happened in the fifty years since ‘Coal Miner’s Daughter’ first came out and I’m extremely grateful to be given a part to play in the history of American music.”
