This year’s Lockn’ Festival will be held at Infinity Downs and Oak Ridge Farm in Arrington, Virginia from Thursday, August 23 – Sunday, August 26. Organizers recently added three artists who will each take part in collaborations with acts already on the bill.

Country artist Margo Price will perform at Lockn’ for the second time in as many years. This time around she’ll sit-in with headliners Widespread Panic on Friday, August 24. In addition, legendary musician Taj Mahal will collaborate with Toots & The Maytals earlier in the day on Friday. Guitarist Eric Krasno has also been added to the lineup. Kraz will help his old band Lettuce present a tribute to the Jerry Garcia Band on Saturday, August 25.

The three collaborations announced today by Garden & Gun come in addition to previously announced appearances by Branford Marsalis with Dead & Company and Jason Bonham with Umphrey’s McGee.

Tedeschi Trucks Band, Foundation Of Funk, George Clinton & P-Funk, Blues Traveler and Joe Russo’s Almost Dead are just a few of the other acts set to perform at Lockn’ later this month. Earlier today, Lockn’ organizers revealed Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real cancelled their appearance at the event. Tickets are on sale now via the festival’s website.
