In June, Little Feat took to the Grammy Museum in the city where the band was founded over 50 years ago, Los Angeles. Feat shared video of their new original song “Milkman,” from the Grammy Museum appearance.
“Milkman” opens up Little Feat’s 2024 album, Sam's Place, featuring longtime percussionist/vocalist Sam Clayton singing across the record. The LP arrived on May 17 via Hot Tomato Productions/MRI. It was Feat’s first studio album since 2012’s Rooster Rag and first with the current lineup: Clayton, longtime keyboardist Bill Payne, bassist Kenny Gradney and multi-instrumentalist Fred Tackett along with relative newcomers, guitarist Scott Sharrard and drummer Tony Leone.
