Levitt Pavilion’s 50th anniversary season includes a variety of performing arts – music, dance, comedy, the Children’s Series, and more. The independent venue continues to produce one of the longest-running outdoor performing arts series in the nation in its iconic amphitheater home in downtown Westport, Connecticut.
With even more shows to be announced and a Season that runs through October, the Levitt Pavilion’s free and paid programming series feature acclaimed as well as emerging artists across multiple genres. Performers headed to Levitt Pavilion this year include Umphrey’s McGee, moe. & Daniel Donato, Chelsea Cutler, Andrew Bird, Aoife O’Donovan & Hawktail, Marc Broussard, Peter Frampton and more.

Thu, Jul 04: Umphrey’s McGee
Fri, Jul 05: moe. Best.Summer.Ever. with Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country & Neighbor
Make it a two-day Independence Day Celebration with this jam-packed line-up. Umphrey’s McGee deftly experiments and reinvents many musical styles, including rock, metal, funk, jazz, blues, reggae, electronic, bluegrass, country, and folk. Rock progressive rock neo-psychedelia jam band moe. defies categorization and is known for their dazzling improvisations. They are joined by bust-out alt-country and jam artist Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country and Neighbor, one of the most exciting and unpredictable live bands on the music scene today.

Sat, Jul 13: Marc Broussard – Carencro 20th Anniversary Tour
Marc Broussard’s incomparable brand of soul – an infectious mix of rock, blues, R&B, funk-pop, and soul coupled with his powerful vocals – has garnered worldwide praise from critics and fans alike. This show is a special date in the tour celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Carencro. The album featured the hit “Home,” which gained large success on radio and catapulted him into the national spotlight.
Sun, Jul 14: Aoife O’donovan & Hawktail – All My Friends Tour
GRAMMY Award winner Aoife O’Donovan returns to the Levitt Pavilion touring in support of her newest album All My Friends, inspired by women’s suffrage and the passage of the 19th amendment. The album is a deep dive into the reimagining of the life of Carrie Chapman Catt – one of the movement’s leaders and founder of the League of Women Voters – juxtaposed with Aoife’s own experiences as a woman and mother. Aoife is also known as lead singer for the string band Crooked Still and she also co-founded the Grammy Award-winning female folk trio I’m With Her.
Sat, Jul 27: Chelsea Cutler * Hometown Show * One Night Only
Since 2017, intimate candor has defined Chelsea Cutler’s artistry. The Platinum singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and engineer chooses her words very carefully and, ultimately, sings with a novelist’s attention-to-detail. Generating over 3 billion streams and selling out worldwide tours, she has also been named Forbes 30 Under 30 and has received acclaim from Billboard, Variety, Wall Street Journal, NPR, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and many more.
In addition to performing at major festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, and more, she has also performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Late Late Show with James Corden, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and the Times Square New Year’s Eve Special. With the release of her new album Stellaria, led by the hit single “Your Bones,” she has started The Beauty Is Everywhere World Tour with stops at Radio City Music Hall, The Hollywood Palladium, Ryman Auditorium and more.

Andrew Bird is an internationally acclaimed, Grammy-nominated multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, whistler, and songwriter who picked up his first violin at the age of four and spent his formative years soaking up classical repertoire completely by ear. Since beginning his recording career in 1997, Bird has released 17 albums and performed extensively across the globe. He has recorded with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, appeared as “Dr. Stringz” on Jack’s Big Music Show, and headlined concerts at Carnegie Hall, Sydney Opera House, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and festivals worldwide. He is joined by Amadou & Mariam, the husband and wife Malian musical duo who achieved global success by combining West African influences with rhythm and blues.
Sun, Sept 15: Peter Frampton – The Positively Thankful Tour
Grammy Award-winning guitarist and soon-to-be Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Peter Frampton will bring his The Positively Thankful Tour on Sunday, September 15. The upcoming tour follows Frampton’s aptly named Never Say Never Tour — and subsequent Never EVER Say Never Tour — the nationwide run of summer and fall dates that were unexpected by fans. Despite the announcement of his farewell tour over four years ago due to a diagnosis of the degenerative disease inclusion-body myositis, the legendary musician has continued to play venues across the country to critical acclaim.
Levitt Pavilion’s 50th anniversary season also includes the signature “50 Free Shows under the Stars” free-ticket series featuring OVER 50 free shows in 2024, such as Sons of the East, LaMP, Ollabelle and more. Plus the “Children’s Series” every Wednesday featuring the likes of the Dirty Sock Funtime Band, Red Yarn, Brady Rymer, Elena Moon Park, Birds of a Feather, Justin Roberts, Pierce Freelon, Miss Tooty & The Fruity Band.
