ALO’s Lebo, Steve Adams & Ezra Lipp Pass Lead Vocal Baton For Jam In The Van Session
The three-song Lebo & Friends set in the mobile recording studio ended with a guest appearance from Rainbow Girls’ Erin Chapin and Vanessa Wilbourn.

Lebo (Dan Lebowitz) recently performed a Lebo & Friends session for the Jam In The Van music discovery platform on wheels in Los Angeles. The guitarist was accompanied by his ALO bandmates Ezra Lipp on drums and Steve Adams on bass in newly shared video of the set.
Each musician had a turn fronting the trio during the Zach Gill-less session. The ensemble opened with “Carry On,” a song Lebo has performed with a variety of solo projects. Steve Adams then led Lebo and Lipp through “Rare Air” from ALO’s 2023 album, Silver Saturdays.
Rainbow Girls' Erin Chapin and Vanessa Wilbourn packed into the mobile recording studio to provide backing vocals on Lebo & Friends’ “Cool Wind” finale. Ezra Lipp guided the joyous performance of a track originally released on his debut studio album, The Softened Sky. ALO played “Cool Wind” several times in 2022 and 2023.
