Keller Williams Announces Thanksforgrassgiving & New Year’s Eve Plans

Keller Williams will soon bring together an all-star band for two nights of live bluegrass once again billed as Thanksforgrassgiving. The pair of concerts will take place following Thanksgiving with a show on Friday, November 25 at 9:30 Club in Washington D.C. and Saturday, November 26 at The National in Richmond, Virginia. Williams also revealed details of his New Year’s Eve concert being held in Baltimore at Rams Head Live.

This year’s installment of Thanksforgrassgiving will feature Williams on guitar alongside Jeff Austin on mandolin, Nicky Sanders of Steep Canyon Rangers on fiddle, Danton Boller of Keller Williams KWahtro on bass and Jay Starling of Love Canon on dobro. Love Canon will open both shows and KDub is expected to sit-in.

Williams will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a December 31 show at Rams Head Live that will include a solo Keller set, followed by a set by the John Kadlecik Band. A Grateful Gospel performance featuring Kadlecik and Williams reprising a joint appearance from last weekend’s Lockn’ Festival will close out the night.
