Wynonna Judd will go ahead with The Judds: The Final Tour following the tragic death of her mother and musical partner Naomi Judd. Each of the run’s 11 tour dates will find Wynonna joined in singing Judds songs by a variety of special guests including Brandi Carlile, Faith Hill, Little Big Town, Martina McBride, Ashley McBryde, Trisha Yearwood and more artists to be revealed soon.
“I am humbled, once again, by the loyalty of the fans who have been with us for 38+ years, who continue to show up for me when I need them the most. I am grateful that we will continue to honor The Judds legacy, together,” Wynonna shared. Wynonna alluded to fulfilling the tour during a musical tribute to Naomi, who died by suicide on April 30, held at Nashville’s The Ryman Auditorium on Sunday night. Carlile, McBryde and Little Big Town were among the artists who participated in Naomi Judd: A River Of Time Celebration.
The tour starts at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan on September 30. Additional stops follow in Toledo, Ohio; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Duluth, Georgia; Huntsville, Alabama; Durant, Oklahoma; Fort Worth, Texas; Biloxi, Mississippi and Nashville. A new tour date at Lexington, Kentucky’s Rupp Arena with Faith Hill will end the trek on October 29.
Tickets for all shows except for Lexington are on sale now with tickets for the Rupp Arena concert available starting this Saturday, May 21. Purchase tickets for The Judds: The Final Tour on Ticketmaster.
