  As 
previously announced, the 7th annual 
Joshua Tree Roots Music Festival is happening October 12-14 in the shadows of the otherworldly Joshua Tree National Park.  Sunday evening, October 14, festival headliner Steve Kimock and his supergroup bandmates 
Wally Ingram, 
Bernie Worrell, and 
Andy Hess will be performing along with 
Sean Hayes, 
Earl Thomas, 
Birds of Chicago, 
Tim Easton, and more guests tba at a special benefit concert backstage at the festival.
  Proceeds benefit The LivingSchool and Transmission.  The LivingSchool is a home school learning cooperative that offers academic sessions for students and ‘enrichment’ workshops for the community. Transmission offers creative empowerment sessions to kids of all ages.
 Tickets to this intimate, once in a lifetime show are $30, or $20 with a festival wristband.
