In 2016, Phish drummer Jon Fishman first teamed with Portland, Maine-based roots rockers The Mallett Brothers Band for a show to raise awareness for Bernie Sanders’ bid to gain the democratic nomination for president. Fish enjoyed the experience and paired with the group two more times last year. This year, Jon Fishman will embark on a two-week tour with The Mallett Brothers.

The tour begins at Ardmore Music Hall near Philadelphia on April 5. From there, Fish & The Mallett Brothers bring the run to Matunuck, Rhode Island; Somerville, Massachusetts and the band’s hometown of Portland, Maine. Next up is a visit to the Milkboy Art House in College Park, Maryland on April 11 and the ensemble’s Brooklyn Bowl debut in New York City on April 12. Fish then returns to the city where he grew up, Syracuse, on April 13. The tour concludes with stops in Burlington, Vermont on April 14 and Norfolk, Connecticut on April 15.
