Jennifer Hartswick & Nick Cassarino Announce 2018 Spring Tour
By Scott Bernstein Feb 13, 2018 • 10:29 am PST

Nick Cassarino and Jennifer Hartswick have a history of collaboration that dates back over 15 years and have shared the stage in many different formats, but there’s one that has always eluded them: the Nth Power guitarist/vocalist and Trey Anastasio Band trumpeter/vocalist have never combined forces for a duo tour. This spring, the pair will finally right that wrong by embarking on a spring tour.
The duo will present performances at intimate venues filled with beautiful music and engaging stories. Nick may have left South Burlington for New York City a long time ago and the same is true for Jen, a current Nashville resident who was raised in the Northeast Kingdom, but their hearts and souls will always reside in Vermont. The pair have the kind of friendship rarely seen in the sometimes dog-eat-dog music industry and fans should get a taste of that bond over the course of the 13-show run.

Jennifer Hartswick & Nick Cassarino begin the tour at Martyr’s in Chicago on March 22 as part of a bill with Matador! Soul Sounds. Then, the pair brings the run to Peoria, St. Louis, Nashville, Atlanta, Charleston, Charlotte, Asheville, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Boston and New York City. On April 7, the duo will team with legendary jazz bassist Christian McBride, with whom the pair have recorded in the past, for what is sure to be a special show at Fuller Hall in St. Johnsbury, Vermont to end the tour.
