Hiss Golden Messenger appeared on CBS This Morning: Saturday Sessions. Frontman M.C. Taylor and company performed songs from HGM’s 2021 album, Quietly Blowing It.

Quietly Blowing It arrived on June 25 and JamBase recently had a chance to chat with Taylor about the new album and more on The JamBase Podcast. For their second Saturday Session in two years — which the band filmed from Chapel Hill in their home base of North Carolina — HGM delivered Quietly Blowing It singles “Glory Strums (Loneliness Of The Long-Distance Runner),” “Hardlytown” and “Sanctuary.”
