The Highwomen Perform ‘Highwomen’ For SiriusXM: Pro-Shot Video

By Nate Todd Apr 17, 2020 1:23 pm PDT

SiriusXM shared pro-shot video of The Highwomen performing “Highwomen.” The supergroup — Brandi Carlile, Amanda Shires, Maren Morris and Natalie Hemby — recorded the performance live at SiriusXM before the U.S. coronavirus outbreak.

The song is the title track to The Highwomen’s eponymous 2019 debut album. The SiriusXM performance sees all four members sharing singing duties with Carlile on guitar along with a backing band that included Shires’ husband Jason Isbell as well as keyboardist Peter Levin, drummer Chris Powell and the Hanseroth Twins (Phil & Tim) plus Charley Crockett.
