Herbie Hancock, Robert Glasper Experiment & BADBADNOTGOOD To Play BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival Concert

Jazz legend Herbie Hancock will lead a talented group of musicians at an upcoming concert that’s part of the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival. Opening the evening’s night of music at the Prospect Park Bandshell will be innovative jazz collective the Robert Glasper Experiment and the newly added jazz/hip-hop quartet BADBADNOTGOOD.

Joining the accomplished pianist will be new Hancock band members keyboardist/saxophonist Terrace Martin, guitarist Lionel Loueke, drummer Trevor Lawrence Jr. and bassist James Genus. The benefit concert will support free programming at the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival. The show is also the first event hosted by This Is Our Music, a series of specially curated concerts and festivals presented throughout the year.
