Hard Working Americans Launch Track-By-Track Album Preview

Next Friday, May 13, supergroup Hard Working Americans will issue a new album Rest In Chaos via Melvin Records/Thirty Tigers. Starting today, the band has begun previewing the album by sharing a new song from the LP every 48 hours leading up to next week’s official release.

Featuring a lineup of vocalist Todd Snider, bassist Dave Schools, guitarist Neal Casal, drummer Duane Trucks, keyboardist Chad Staehly and lap steel/guitarist Jesse Aycock, the follow-up to their 2014 self-titled debut features 12 new originals and a cover of Guy Clark’s “The High Price of Inspiration” featuring the song’s composer on guitar. With Schools handling production, the album was recorded live in the studio while the group was touring together and also includes contributions from vocalists Elizabeth Cook, Dan Baird and George Boedecker.
