Greensky Bluegrass Postpones March Tour Dates Due To Unforeseen Circumstances

Citing “unforeseen circumstances,” Greensky Bluegrass has postponed all eight of the band’s March 2025 tour dates. The jamgrass quintet announced rescheduled dates for the shows with their two-night stand at Chicago’s Salt Shed moved to one night at the venue’s larger outdoor fairgrounds.

“We regret to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances, our upcoming shows in March are postponed. There’s nothing we love more than playing music for you all, and we do not make this decision lightly,” wrote GSBG on social media. “Tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates. If you cannot attend, please contact your point of purchase. We are grateful for your support and look forward to being back on the road in April.”

Greensky will now perform in Omaha, Nebraska on June 25 (originally March 12); Kansas City on June 26 (originally March 13) and Nashville, Indiana on June 28 (originally March 9). The Chicago Salt Shed shows initially planned for March 7 and 8 will now take place outdoors on July 5. Additionally, the band will play Detroit on August 21 (originally March 6), St. Louis on October 10 (originally March 14) and St. Paul on October 11 (originally March 15).

A note to Chicago ticketholders explaining how the move will work reads:

Due to venue availability, the two shows in March are moving to one show on July 5 at the larger outdoor Salt Shed Fairgrounds.

If you purchased a single-day ticket for March 7 or 8, your ticket is valid for July 5.

If you purchased a two-day ticket, you will be automatically refunded for half of the price of your ticket, and the ticket that you have will be valid for July 5.

If you purchased a ticket in the Grandstand, your ticket will be honored as a General Admission Standing ticket, and you will be automatically refunded the cost difference.

If you purchased a ticket in the premium section for either night, your ticket will be valid for the premium section outdoors on July 5th.
