The Grateful Dead released a video of “Corrina” as this week’s edition of the All The Years Live series. The footage is from RFK Stadium in Washington D.C. on June 25, 1993.
A latter-day Dead, Bob Weir/Robert Hunter collaboration, Grateful Dead debuted “Corrina” on February 23, 1992 at the Oakland Coliseum, as per JerryBase. The song became an instant staple, with GD performing it 77 times between 1992 and 1995. In 1993 alone they played “Corrina” 26 times.

At RFK in ‘93, the infectious groove of “Corrina” came floating out of “Uncle John’s Band.” The Grateful Dead lineup of guitarists Bob Weir and Jerry Garcia, drummers Bill Kreutzmann and Mickey Hart, bassist Phil Lesh and keyboardist Vince Welnick was augmented by Bruce Hornsby.
With Bobby helming the rhythmic lyrics, Jerry added psychedelic runs intermeshed with Hornsby’s accordion. The band stretches out a bit on this one as well.
