Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration Returns To Red Rocks With Melvin Seals, Oteil Burbridge & More
The concert honoring the Grateful Dead guitarist will be held on July 6.

Red Rocks will host the Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration With The Colorado Symphony concert on July 6. Former Jerry Garcia Band keyboardist Melvin Seals and current Dead & Company bassist Oteil Burbridge are among the musicians participating in the tribute to the late Grateful Dead guitarist.
The 2025 Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration With The Colorado Symphony will also feature performances by Seals’ former JGB bandmate, vocalist Jacklyn LaBranch, as well as Joe Russo’s Almost Dead guitarist Tom Hamilton, Widespread Panic drummer Duane Trucks and Bay Area-based vocalist Lady Chi.
The same group of musicians (with John Morgan Kimock in place of Trucks) will host Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration concerts with the Boston Pops at Boston’s Symphony Hall on June 3 and 4.
Tickets to the 2025 Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration with The Colorado Symphony will go on sale on Friday, March 28 at 10 a.m. MT.
