On April 24, the Grammy Museum LA in Los Angeles will host Celebrating Jefferson Airplane: A Conversation With Grace Slick, Jorma Kaukonen & Jack Casady. The three members of the most acclaimed Jefferson Airplane lineup will discuss their esteemed career at the Clive Davis Theater, hosted by Scott Goldman.

Tickets for the event, which will start at 12 p.m. local on the 24th, will go on sale Thursday, April 14 at 12 p.m. PT via AXS.com. Guitarist Jorma Kaukonen was a founding member of Jefferson Airplane, one of the most important bands to ever come out of San Francisco. Bassist Jack Casady joined the group two months after their August 13, 1965 live debut and Grace Slick joined as vocalist just over a year later in October 1966. The trio were part of the band during the period in which they released such iconic hit singles as “White Rabbit,” “Somebody To Love” and “Volunteers.”

Jorma and Jack continue to perform together as leaders of Hot Tuna, while Grace retired from the music business over 15 years ago to focus on her painting.
