Gov’t Mule will bring their Dark Side Of The Mule Pink Floyd tribute to 12 amphitheaters this summer. Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening will kick off the festivities at each concert before two sets of Mule.

Dark Side Of The Mule dates back to Gov’t Mule’s Halloween 2008 concert at Boston’s Orpheum Theatre. Warren Haynes and his bandmates brought the tribute on the road in 2018 and will now revive the concept in honor of Dark Side Of The Moon’s 50th anniversary. “This all started so organically with what we thought would be a one-time Halloween performance,” explained Haynes. “Since then, Dark Side of the Mule has grown into something else. It’s a blast to perform this material but our intent is to do it for one final tour in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Dark Side. Don’t miss it!”

The tour starts at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City, New Jersey on July 22 before a performance at Patchogue, New York’s Great South Bay Music Festival on July 23. Gov’t Mule and Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening then head to the Midwest for concerts in Clarkston, Michigan on August 2, Noblesville, Indiana on August 3 and Tinley Park, Illinois on August 4.

Legendary Colorado venue Red Rocks Amphitheatre hosts the tour on August 7. Additional stops follow in Dallas on August 9, Charlotte on August 11, Atlanta on August 12, Bridgeport (Connecticut) on August 15, Gilford (New Hampshire) on August 17, Boston on August 18 and Holmdel (New Jersey) on August 19.

Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, March 10 at 10 a.m. local time after various presales. Buy Gov’t Mule’s Dark Side Of The Mule with Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening tickets via Ticketmaster. Scroll below for both bands’ dates.
