Gorillaz Share ‘The Apprentice’ Single

This Friday Warner Bros. Records will issue a new Gorillaz album entitled Humanz. One of the five bonus tracks included on the deluxe edition of the LP has been shared in advance of its official April 28 release.

Frontman Damon Albarn enlisted guests on all but one of the 14 tracks making up Humanz as well as on each of the five deluxe edition bonus songs. Featured performers include Mavis Staples, Pusha T, Jehnny Beth (Savages), Danny Brown, Benjamin Clementine, De La Soul, D.R.A.M., Peven Everett, Anthony Hamilton, Grace Jones, Zebra Katz, Kelela, Vince Staples, Popcaan, Jamie Principle and Kali Uchis. The bonus material also features contributions by Carly Simon, Kilo Kish, Brandon Markell Holmes and others, including Rag’n’ Bone Man, RAY BLK and Zebra Katz on the song “The Apprentice.”
