The Get Up Kids Expand ‘Something To Write Home About’ 25th Anniversary Tour Into 2025
Hot Rod Circuit and The Anniversary will split support duties over the course of the month-long tour.

The Get Up Kids recently wrapped up a North American tour commemorating the 25th anniversary of their 1999 sophomore album, Something To Write Home About. The Kansas City-based quintet announced they will start 2025 with another leg of the celebratory excursion featuring stops across the U.S.
The 25 Years Of Something To Write Home About Tour resumes on January 30 in St. Louis. From there, The Get Up Kids bring the trek to Louisville on January 31, Nashville on February 1, Birmingham on February 2, Atlanta on February 3, St. Petersburg (Florida) on February 6 and Orlando on February 7.

A trip to the Carolinas follows with stops in Charleston on February 8 and Charlotte on February 10. The Get Up Kids then hit the Northeast for shows in Washington D.C. on February 12, Wantagh (New York) on February 13, Sayreville (New Jersey) on February 14, Portland (Maine) on February 15, Providence on February 16 and Albany (New York) on February 18.
Cleveland hosts The Get Up Kids on February 19 ahead of concerts in Omaha, Nebraska on February 21 and Fayetteville, Arkansas on February 22. The tour ends with a hometown show in Kansas City on February 23.
Hot Rod Circuit opens the first half of the run spanning January 30 through February 10. Then, The Anniversary serves as support from February 12 – February 23.
Tickets for The Get Up Kids’ 2025 shows go on sale this Thursday, November 14 at 12 p.m. ET.
