Fontaines D.C. Debut New ‘Romance’ Song ‘Favourite’ At Concert In Brooklyn
The band played the song off their upcoming new album Romance at the Warsaw in Brooklyn.

Fresh off an appearance on The Tonight Show, played a one-off concert last night at Warsaw in Brooklyn, New York. The band played two songs off their forthcoming new album, Romance, including the live debut of “Favourite.”
Fontaines D.C. waited until the final song of their main set to perform the Romance single, “Starburster,” which they brought to The Tonight Show on Tuesday.

Wednesday’s concert at the Warsaw concluded with a three-song encore, which began with “Big,” one of several songs in the setlist from their 2019 debut album, Dogrel. The Irish rockers then debuted “Favourite,” from the pending Romance LP.
The show ended with “I Love You,” which was among the selections from the band’s third album, Skinty Fia. The setlist also contained a batch of tracks from their 2020 sophomore record, A Hero’s Death.
Romance is set for release on August 23. After touring Europe this summer, Fontaines D.C. will embark on a tour of North America in support of the album beginning on September 20.
