Fontaines D.C. Confirm 2024 North American Fall Tour & Perform Mesmeric Single On ‘Fallon’

Dublin-born band Fontaines D.C. are set to tour North America this fall around their recently announced album, Romance, due out on August 23. The post-punk outfit performed lead single, “Starburster,” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday.
The upcoming fall trek marks Fontaines D.C.’s first headline tour of North America since 2022. The band kicks off the NA excursion around Romance — their first album on XL Recordings — at Seattle’s Showbox SoDo on September 20.

Among the West Coast stops are Portland, Vancouver, San Francisco and Los Angeles. The band will close out September in Phoenix ahead of a show in Denver on October 2.
Fontaines D.C. will then make a run through the Midwest including concerts in Minneapolis and Chicago among other stops. The band will take a trip to Toronto for a show on October 11 followed by an engagement in Montreal.
Next, the group swings through the Northeast with shows in Boston, Brooklyn and Washington D.C. The fall trek wraps on October 20 at The Fillmore Philadelphia.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 10 at 10 a.m. local time.
