The latest installment in the Jam In The Van live video series features a performance by the Chris Robinson Brotherhood. JamBase is pleased to premiere The CRB’s home state Jam In The Van appearance inside the “world’s first solar powered music discovery vehicle.”

The three-song session was recorded during the day on April 20 before the Chris Robinson Brotherhood played a show that evening at The Majestic Ventura Theater in Ventura, California. Frontman Chris Robinson led the group on a performance of “California Hymn” from last year’s studio album Any Way You Love, We Know How You Feel. The set included a take on “Sweet Sweet Lullaby” off the 2016 follow-up EP If You Lived Here, You Would Be Home By Now. The CRB also worked up a rendition of their recently debuted original “Behold The Seer.”

Tomorrow, The CRB will issue their Betty’s Blends Volume 3: Self-Rising, Southern Blends live album featuring 13 tracks mixed live from the soundboard by acclaimed Grateful Dead engineer Betty Cantor-Jackson during the band’s November 2015 Southeastern Tour. A new Chris Robinson Brotherhood studio album entitled Barefoot In The Head is also slated to come out later this summer.
